My baby is 10 days old. When I delivered him I had a slight cold that I think he caught as he is caughing and has a congested nose. I am already using little noses nasal drops and aspirator, so what else can I do to make him better? And what should I do in case he runs a fever? Thank you so much for your help

What you’re doing is the best treatment. You can also use a cool mist machine, that can make breathing easier for him. If he runs a fever, he has to be seen immediately by his pediatrician. At this age we take fever seriously.
